Ervilla hirsuta, Hairy tare is a member of the vetch family and found scrambling up fences and hedges throughout Britain. Its flowers are usually quite small and white with a tinge of lilac and seed pods are black with 2 seeds in. Flowing in July, it is good for pollinators.
