Geum Urbanum,
Hairy perennial with overwintering capabilities dues to its hardy leaves, the flowers are of a golden yellow colour from may until late autumn. Occasionally splitting themselves to over a larger area they prefer a bushy habitat with slight shade through the day. Sometimes called clove root as the root is known to help with toothache. Over 2- 5 years it can grow up to 1 metre tall and doesn't mind what direction it faces on slopes, exposed or sheltered with partial shade.
