Devon'Ruby Red' Grass fed Beef     Traditional East Devon local breed well hung for flavour. Grass fed Red Ruby Devon beef simply canít be beaten for marbling, texture, flavour and tenderness.  The balance of fat and meat is a vital factor in flavour.  Unlike modern breeds, the Red Ruby Devon naturally lays down intra-muscular fat in the meat which produces wonderful marbled beef. This fat melts when cooked keeping the meat well basted and stops it drying out.
